About Bank iD

Bank Identity is a digital authentication of users provided by banks. It works in a number of countries, here under the Bank iD brand.

From January 2021, clients of Czech banks can use their bank identity to log in to state services, from June 2021 they can also prove their bank identity to private companies.

The company Bankovní identita, a.s. was founded in September 2020, its shareholders are 9 Czech banks: Air Bank, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Fio banka, Komerční banka, mBank, MONETA Money Bank, Raiffeisenbank and UniCredit Bank.
